2. What this website is for
It presents the services of Metadvising: consulting, process documentation, automation, AI agents and RAG, APIs, Power BI analytics, custom development and cloud (IONOS). From here you can write to us or book a meeting.
3. Services, prices and contracting
What you see on the website is information, not a binding offer. Services are contracted through a specific written proposal or contract. Prices on the website are indicative (for example, "from €1,500 + VAT" for the strategy phase; services are aimed at businesses and professionals and prices exclude VAT). The initial 30-minute diagnosis is free of charge.
The terms of maintenance, of any guarantee and of the intellectual property of the code developed for the client are governed by the proposal or contract.
4. Use of the website
Browsing is free. You agree to use the website in good faith, lawfully and without damaging it.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and other original content of the website belong to Ready For Metaverse or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party trademarks (for example Microsoft Power BI, IONOS, Calendly, LinkedIn or Substack) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify the service, without implying any relationship or endorsement.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to third parties (LinkedIn, a Substack blog, Calendly). We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
7. Liability
We try to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot always guarantee it. We may change or remove content without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control, unless the law does not allow us to exclude this. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
